Three Window Cleaners attempt to clean Sheffield’s tallest building, with only ten days for the job find out whether Jamie, Adam and Katie managed to pull off this extraordinary task.
About Sheffield’s Tallest Building
Being the UK’s tallest university building, at an astonishing 255 feet it’s no surprise that the trio were somewhat anxious to begin the ten day challenge of cleaning the 19 floored building. The University was first opened 50 years ago in 1966, so we think it’s about time the building had a good clean!
The three guys; Adam, Katie and Jamie were harnessed and abseiled down the building, with one of them saying. “It was quite a challenge”.
The exterior windows are only cleaned around twice a year, so this job definitely required some strength, perseverance and most importantly patience. Something which our Window Cleaners in Milton Keynes most certainly portray.
When Is The Right Time to Clean a Large Building?
It is very difficult to try and predict the weather accurately, getting it right all the time would be a miracle.
The weather impacts the length of time it takes to clean such a large building, like the one Adam, Katie and Jamie endeavoured in Sheffield. Adam said the following. “It can be quite icy up there sometimes. The wind is a major problem but we’ve been quite lucky over the last couple of days”
At Far-Reach-Services we also provide our Window Cleaning in Milton Keynes to large commercial buildings. We make sure that all of the Window Cleaners are protected and fully aware of the weather conditions, so we as a team can predict how long and when exactly is the right time to start the job.
